What are the requirements when applying for a loan with a financial institution as an individual?

General requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Permanent employment of at least 6 months to 2 years with a steady source of income
  • Vehicle invoice from dealership
  • Job letter
  • Pay slip
  • Clear copies of at least two forms of identification (passport, driver’s permit or national ID)
  • Utility bill in name of applicant (within last 3 months)
  • Signed authorisation letter if the utility bill is in someone else’s name along with a copy of their identification
  • BIR certificate (if BIR number is not stated on pay slip)
  • Three months bank statements (if requested)
  • Source of down payment (as applicable)

What are the requirements when applying for a loan with a financial institution as a company?

General documents

  • Vehicle invoice from dealership
  • Certificate of Incorporation/business registration and most recent Annual Return (as applicable)
  • Income documents, e.g., Income Tax Returns or Audited Financial Statements and six (6) months bank statements (as applicable)
  • Company utility bill (within last 3 months)
  • List of directors
  • Clear copies of at least two forms of identification for signatory (passport, driver’s permit or national ID)
  • Source of down payment (as applicable)

It's my first time taking a loan. Can you recommend a loan officer to me if I don't have one?

I am a cash customer. What are the requirements?

Requirements:
  • Full payment made via certified cheque or electronic transfer prior to registration of the vehicle(s)
  • Signed vehicle registration form
  • Clear copies of at least two forms of identification (passport, driver’s permit or national ID)
  • Utility bill in applicant’s name (within last 3 months)
  • Signed authorisation letter if the utility bill is in someone else’s name along with a copy of their identification

What is the warranty on a vehicle?

Warranties vary depending on if its a brand new vehicle, foreign-used, or pre-owned. Other factors may influence what type of warranty is offered for a particular vehicle. For the most accurate information, we recommend that you contact our team.

How long does it take to receive my vehicle(s)?

The vehicle registration process takes approximately 3-5 business days. The timeframe to receive the vehicle may vary if delays occur outside of our control.

When should I get insurance for my vehicle(s)?

All customers must have insurance for their vehicle(s) before or on the delivery date.

What should I bring on the delivery day of my vehicle(s)?

If you are a finance customer, please walk with the final payment for the vehicle.
